About the Role

As GoTo’s Risk Reporting Manager you will be working with a team of risk professionals to define, measure, quantify and track risks in the GoTo ecosystem. Working closely with Risk teams in Gojek, GoTo Financial, and Tokopedia, you will help to identify and categorize risk types, define metrics to measure, and create visualization and dashboards to monitor them. What You Will Do

    • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of GoTo Group risk reporting by working closely with Risk Analytics, Data Engineering, Finance & Planning to define risk metrics and data pipelines, automation, visualization, and dashboards to present a holistic view of risk at the GoTo Group level.
    • Review critical reports that are submitted to regulators and senior management for risk decisions and prepare presentations and papers.
    • Collaborate across Risk Reporting and Data teams to share best practices by leveraging technologies, tools, and common synergies between teams.
    • Build strong stakeholder relationships, leverage cross-functional synergies, initiate and drive change within and beyond the team where necessary.
    • Build close team rapport with Gojek, GoTo Financial, and Tokopedia risk reporting teams to enable seamless delivery of reports while ensuring the teams have an appreciation of the bigger picture

What You Will Need

    • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantitative disciplines or Computer Science.
    • > 3 years work experience in analytical, business intelligence and visualization roles within a fast-paced environment (prior experience in marketplace platform is preferred).
    • Adept at managing both structured & unstructured data and using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, Metabase.
    • Experience in building and optimizing big data pipelines including developing and deploying business intelligence solutions in real-time and Clockwork data schedulers in Google Cloud SQL environment.
    • Knowledge of risk metrics for a digital platform, such as digital payment, ride-hailing, food delivery, or e-commerce will be a plus, but is not a prerequisite.
    • A clear communicator and is able to manage multiple priorities at any one point in time.
    • Initiated and a self-starter, willing to work under tight timelines when necessary, and willing to take on new challenges.
    • A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate and exchange information across stakeholders of various backgrounds and levels

Our objective as GoTo Risk Team is to ensure a safe and trusted ecosystem that our users can trust, rely on, and love to come back to. To manifest that objective, we oversee risk strategies and practices of all GoTo customer journeys to improve Trust and Safety for all GoTo users. We work with risk teams in Gojek, GoTo Financial and Tokopedia to ensure best risk practices are shared and our users have consistent treatment in the GoTo ecosystem.
Our Risk Reporting and Strategy team currently consists of members based in Indonesia and Singapore and we’re a tight-knit group who are bonded by two things: Trust and Safety and personal growth and well-being . We work hard and play hard, and support each other. What drives us is our shared sense of Trust and Safety. When we aren’t busy fighting risks in the GoTo ecosystem, we enjoy bonding over our shared love of good food, playing bridge or poker, finding the best running track in our cities, and shopping.
