Manage the administrative needs of Talent Acquisition (TA) team, starting from sending welcoming emails, collecting new employee data, to coordinating with the People Operations team regarding contract signatures and meeting work tool needs
Maintain the accuracy and relevancy of several Talent Acquisition databases
Make weekly reports to TA Supervisor/Managers
Diploma or bachelor degree in any field
At least 1 year if experience as general administrator
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
