Job Description

Persyaratan
  • Bachelor Degree from Health Safety, Environmental or Engineering (Machine/ Electric/ Chemical)
  • At least 1 - 3 years experiences in Health, Safety & Environment in Pharmaceutical/ Manufacturing/ Chemical/ Oil & Gas company
  • Demonstrated EHS Program development and implementation.
  • Have a General K3 certificate
is a plus
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental laws and regulations required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tanggung Jawab
  • Manage document related EHS such as SOP, Permit, License
  • Prepare and send regularly the report to Government on time, AMDAL, PLB3, IPAL (Waste Water) Fastronic, etc.
  • Scheduling environmental monitoring to comply with regulation (Ambien, Air emission, Noise, etc)
  • Preparing environmental data for PROPER Audit and upload into Government website
  • Processing permit license extension related environmental (Permit IPAL, PLB3, AMDAL)
  • Deliver Safety induction for contractor and employee
  • Prepare and manage document related to contractor safety such as ID Card, PTW form, etc
  • Prepare and manage the PR and PO related EHS
  • Conduct Gemba/safety inspection regularly
