To perform accurate and timely service reporting across all towers, including internal and client service performance
Working closely with Operations Excellence and Tower Leaders to obtain customers feedback on management reporting requirements and overseeing the entire design, build and test and implementation of reports with all relevant parties (both internal and external).
Translating business requirements to technical specifications to design reports that meet customer requirements.
Collaborating with SMEs and technical solutions teams in the design, build, test and implementation of the reporting solutions.
To perform accurate and timely daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting. Special attention will be paid to also ensure that reporting integrity is maintained as the source system or business environment evolves.
To check the information produced for reporting is proactively keeping pace with GBS and/or customer demands.
To perform ad hoc projects and develop materials for management meetings.
Perform analysis, identify key issues and relationships, conduct investigations into reasons for variances, exceptions or discrepancies.
Analyze service delivery such that agreed service levels and budgetary guidelines defined in the relevant Service Level Agreements.
To ensure accurate and timely service reporting across all towers, including internal performance and client service performance
Requirement:
at least bachelor degree in any filed from reputable university
have a good analytical thinking
excellent communication is a must.
