Develop General Manufacturing (GM) sector/market strategy to meet annual Planning & Budget and marketing plan objectives
Develop and implement focused sales and market programs/activities to GM sector interfacing between sales and market teams to drive alignment on plan deliverables
Remain fully abreast of market conditions, trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
Develop and share to the broader organization on the market insights
Identify market needs and develop comprehensive offers to meet customers requirements
Provide guidance and support to sales team to pursue opportunities in the GM sector
Act as SME to develop/adapt GM sector training materials for sales team
Develop network and relationship with channel partner, customers, OEM and industry association
Consistently execute the sales processes such as sales pipeline management including regular analysis and follow up
Support Channel Partners by providing sales pipeline coaching, account planning/management, and sell-out support to their team
Effective and efficient use of Field Engineering, Technology or Marketing resources to deliver customer valued solution
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering
Minimum 7 years experience in B2B sales, mostly in General Manufacturing (GM) sectors
Understanding of the GM sector , includes industry fundamentals, operational processes and conditions, supply and service requirements.
Understanding in targeted applications prevalent in GM sector is a plus, such as hydraulic, gear and compressor
Strategic, innovative, and analytical thinking
Good presentation and communication skill
Able to travel frequently.
