Job Description

Work together with creative team by creating best campaign content brief for each channel: SMS/email/push notification/WA

Prepare content creative concept and brief, based on business strategy/objective

Coordinate with creative team in the process of graphic designing

Develop customer engagement initiative programs to attract repeat purchases and retention

Collaborate with creative team, brand team, and data analyst or across team for preparing and executing activation

Handle competitor research and benchmarking to get insights

Analyze the campaign engagement for improvement

Member exclusive event preparation and execution
Bachelor's degree majoring in Marketing Communication or Communication

Minimum 3 years experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Communication, or Digital Content Creative area

Passionate in digital and customer engagement activities

Strong in digital communication concept and strategy

Experienced in develop campaign content and programs

Show creativity and achievement orientation

Analytical mindset with exceptional critical thinking capability

Demonstrate ability to convey a sense of urgency and openness to new ideas

Proactive attitude and must be able to thrive in a varied and fast-paced environment

Familiar with CRM Platform (i.e. Salesforce, Insider) is an advantage

Excellent writing and communication skills for campaign development
