Job Description

Key accountabilities

Develop and aggregate client and market insights in Indonesia
Study the company’s products/ service offerings closely and be able to translate technical terms into clearly articulated benefits for users/ clients
Identify critical trends and insights, demographics changes that will potentially impact market adoption of technology
Keep abreast of technology trends, especially in 5G, ICT and neutral hosting space
Become the local Product Expert for neutral hosting in Indonesia
Understand and drive the product positioning for dhost’s offerings in Indonesia
Develop pre-sales tools and sales kits, in close consultation with the sales and corporate marketing teams
Collaborate with internal sales and DeClout marketing teams to ensure accurate product knowledge transfer and strong understanding of products
Closely follow client relationships, recognising key improvement points for overall product delivery
Lead programs to drive adoption and track product take up for effective marketing
Enable best practice sharing within the group to enable our in-market teams to exceed their revenue targets
Work closely with DeClout marketing team on campaigns and go-to-market strategies

Skills & experience

At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in Telecommunications and Technology industry
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing or other related disciplines
Strong language skills, fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Keen eye for detail, meticulous and diligent
Knowledge of wireless technologies, edge compute, AI and ML will have added advantage
Strong interest in market research and understanding of customer journey
Familiar with marketing tools with good understanding of go-to-market strategies using agile methodology
Proficient in presentations and training
Able to translate difficult technical terms into simple-to-understand analogies
