Job Description

Job Descriptions:
Research, planning, monitoring, evaluating and documenting new F&B technology & packaging related trials also finding the suppliers

Develops unique, innovative and sustainable packaging solution

Design and conduct effective testing to ensure that requirements are met and production for scale up work smoothly

Ensuring that packaging products meet set requirements and food safety regulations

Generates and manages packaging improvement, compatibility, cost and efficiency

Providing food regulatory related advices for packaging design development

Keeping up to date with F&B technology.

Determine improvement opportunities for new F&B technology & packaging innovation process

Responsibility for drawing up the technical and process specifications to ensures final designs and operations work smoothly.

Coordination with supply chain, procurement, regulatory, production and quality to ensure on time implementation of new F&B technology and packaging.

On time submission for packaging/artwork development based on BPOM grace period.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or other related major;

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Packaging Development in F&B industry

Excellent attention to detail and working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices

Excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle changing deadlines

Technically minded

Strong communication with written and verbal skills (English is preferable)
