Gojek Design is looking for a Product Designer in the Commerce Enablement team, join us on an adventure of designing for merchant-partners to sell their products via online and offline in Indonesia (and the greater Southeast Asian region). We also work to improve the merchant-partner experience by product innovation and integration with the rest of the Gojek ecosystem. We're offering a playground to experiment and ship exceptional solutions to a diverse set of problems. You'll be working with PMs, Engineers, Researchers, and Design leaders to define the roadmap, goals, and vision of how to build the best growth tools for our merchants. Your designs will directly impact millions of businesses daily, and the tens of millions of their customers.

About the Team
The Gojek Design Team is made up of around a hundred designers spread across two countries and seven teams. Our members come from a wide range of backgrounds, and are experts in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, UX Writing, Illustration, Service Design, UX Research, and Motion Design. Together we envision, create, and support products and services that meaningfully improve the lives of our customers.
The Commerce Enablement team is responsible for the core experience across merchant products like Moka POS, GoStore, GoKasir, and Selly. Designers on this team work in the complex problem areas of payouts, reporting, merchant onboarding, account & inventory management. We are responsible for designing the final products and creating guidelines within established processes including many integration with Gojek internal products like GoBiz, GoFood, GoPay and other external partners. As a team, we’re concerned not only with the growth of the company, but each other’s personal growth and well-being, too.
