In-charge of logistics activities and processes in receiving, transfer by the system and make sure to have smooth and accurate delivery.
Liaise with the product team, operation team to proceed with order closely.
Maintain and update inventory records and transactions, including tracking, receiving and stocking all items ordered, also ensure materials are appropriately stored.
Ensure inventory accuracy before transferring inventory.
Prepare documents and track delivery, including shipping documents (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders).
Review data of incoming shipment, transfer request, make sure PO, data and docs are ready for receiving process.
Do daily spare parts pick both by the system and physically.
Requirements :
Min Diploma or equivalent from any field.
Have 1-year experience in administrative logistic, inventory or warehouse management system.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP will be an advantage.
Good communication both oral and written.
Detail-oriented and proactive in checking and following up task.
Willing to work at random hours depend on the arrival of the shipment.
