Job Description

Persyaratan

Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource / General Affair / Legal.

Minimum bachelor’s degree/S1 or equivalent of Law.

Required language: English

Having knowledge in Microsoft Office and HRMS.

Having knowledge in UU Ketenagakerjaan, UU Cipta Kerja Klaster Ketenagakerjaan.

Having knowledge in online reporting to Government, such as OSS, Wajib Lapor, etc.

Experienced working in Foreign Investment Company (PMA) is preferable.

Good in communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Have high integrity, honesty, dynamic, highly organized, good in time management, and excellent attention to detail.

Tanggung Jawab

Conduct the compliance of the Company to the Government Regulation.

Evaluate and formulate the Company Regulation to comply with the Government Regulation.

Draft and review the Company’s operational documents.

Draft and review legal contracts and/or agreements.

Draft and review the data reported annually to the Government.
Monitor Company’s legalities and permit required.

Monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance.

Conduct and coordinate the processing of legal documents to the Governmental office.

Establish and maintain a good relationship with the Governmental office.
