Job Description

In this role, you are responsible for Project Management to lead new product transfer and qualification activities from the pilot line until production ramps up. You will lead the project planning, and management and coordinate with other cross-functional team members to achieve project goals/timelines per stake holder’s expectations.
In your new role you will:


  • Responsible for the planning, management, and inter-department coordination to ensure smooth Production ramp up for New Product Introduction.
  • Oversee Ratio/cost-saving project Engineering Build activities. Ensure quality aspect is fulfilled and meeting delivery timeline.
  • Lead the team to generate and execute business improvement ideas for cost/quality/ratio improvement projects.
  • Lead supporting activities for engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing on productivities activities.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering) or Science Physics.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Familiar with Project management or New Product Introduction procedure and requirements.
  • Capable of identifying critical project milestones and anticipating challenges to ensure on-time project executions.
  • Experience in a managerial role and PMP certification in Project Management roles would be added advantage.
