We are seeking for highly motivated candidates to join as Digital Media Executive to be placed in Jakarta
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Work closely with our media agency of record in developing digital paid ad strategies
Responsible for leading evaluation the digital paid ad plans prepared by the media agency, for all brands and campaigns to deliver communication message to targeted audiences effectively and efficiently
Coordinate preparation and evaluation in conjunction with external partner and all other internal function
Ensure deployment of digital paid ad campaign are continually aligned with agreed strategy
Oversee media agency when executing of budget with respect to cost and efficiency
Proper monitoring on campaign status and drive campaign optimization based on agreed KPIs with agency partner.
Working with internal team for planning and executing A/B testing plan, including agency briefing
Ensure compliant execution of campaigns through adherence to approved processes, tools and AdTech
Identify forward looking technologies, innovation and emerging best practices
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
University degree(s) in Communication and/or additional certificates; degrees or experiences in innovative digital areas.
3+ years experience & Strong knowledge of media strategy and planning and acumen of media landscape
Previous experience in working in or with a media agency (e.g., compiling briefs and evaluating media plans).
Proven experience in running digital paid media campaigns: display, programmatic media buying, native, social media across platforms.
Additional experience for planning and deployment Television campaign is highly considered.
Well versed in digital advertising technologies and paid media landscape (DMP, DSP etc.)
Able to run independently both globally-led and local campaigns.
Good analytical skills, data-driven and critical thinking and ability to challenge with facts to support your opinion.
Strong communications skills – concise and to the point – and ability to work in diverse teams.
Experience with attribution, econometric and media mix modelling a plus.
Experience with advertising and reporting tools.
Experience in digital marketing, w/ a digital media agency or blue-chip corporate (D2C focus)
High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
University degree in (digital) Marketing, Communications or related field.
In this role, you will identify and resolve routine problems in a timely fashion following established guidelines.
Maintain formula database and batch cards.
