Develop a brand campaign by analyzing market data, customer feedback, survey responses, and current market trends.
Overseeing the production of all brand creative (web, apps, ads, social media, newsletters, blogs, presentations, etc.) and ensuring follow brand guidelines and have a consistent tone and message.
Creating brand stories that tell customers about a product/service and try to form an emotional connection.
Conduct other activities as part of âafter sales servicesâ and to maintain relationship with IDPâs current students & alumni.
