Job Description

Position Summary

Experienced level Software Engineer. You should have in-depth understanding of development best practices and mastered the tools needed to debug and diagnose issues in any type of environment. Understands the scope and relationships of large features and production stack for their area. You should have subject matter expertise in at least one component and a good understanding of all components of their product. You will work with minimum supervision and Guidance. You may have up to x team members, and need to work with them to achieve the goals.


Area of Responsibility:

  • Analyze, Design, Developing and create unit tests for a complex task with less supervision to solve and deliver impact for the final product.
  • Have deep knowledge for databases including NoSQL, partitioning, replication, index, etc for design and improve performance for databases .
  • Have deep knowledge of versioning for push, pull and merge code and doing code review to help the dev team manage changes to source code over time and to make sure engineers follow the code standard.
  • Have Ability to write libraries to add more functionality or to automate the most frequent processes.z
  • Have deep knowledge for clean code so the code can be easy to understand, extend, and refactor.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design the final product.
  • Have Ability to trace and analyze problem for fixing bugs to make sure the product runs properly
  • Have Ability to refactor code for get optimize result and improve performance of the code
  • Have Ability to give solution and doing improvement for existing product
  • Have Knowledge for monitoring product, to be able to improve performance for the product
  • Help, guide, and share technology knowledge to team member to grow their skills and knowledge
  • Keep up to date with Technology knowledge and have enough knowledge to be able build their own custom framework so that we can implement the technology for product improvement
  • Collaborate with team members and Helps focus discussion on important aspects to work together, interact, share ideas, and develop to make a great product
  • Motivate to learn new thing and Motivated when work under pressure to be able to grow faster
  • Shows initiative and offers assistance when needed without being asked and delivers feedback in a constructive manner to provides guidance to entry-level engineers

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree, Diploma, Vocational School in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of software engineering experience
  • Work experience as a Software Analyst, Software Developer, or related fields.
  • Proficient in least one of Go, Python, C#, Javascript
  • Proficient in knowledge of infrastructure, software architecture and testing
  • Understanding of existing devOps processes
