We are looking for Solutions Manager Cloud Migration who based in Jakarta.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Be responsible for leading the PMI Cloud Migration team in Jakarta, dedicated to migrate PMI applications portfolio from on-premise to AWS Cloud
Together with partners, deliver PMI application migration to AWS Cloud on budget, time, quality, and by adhering to PMI IT Policy Framework
Challenge the status quo in order to optimize on how we deliver application to cloud and ensure applications delivered to cloud are equipped with automation to maximum possible extent
Provide support to programs, activities, and communication channels, within the framework of Cloud Migration strategies, in order to effectively communicate the Cloud Migration vision, mission, and image among internal and external stakeholders
Optimize our applications portfolio by re-platforming and re-architecting the solutions to be open source and cloud-native whenever to maximum possible extent

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Fluent in English is a mandatory, both written and verbal
Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud provider technology (AWS), would be nice to have specific experience on cloud migration at enterprise scale
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a small team (3-4 people) of engineers and architects
Proven track record in supporting development teams throughout all phases of systems development life cycle (design, development, testing, cutover, and go-live)
Experience in managing partners including business owners, product teams, service managers, and contractors/vendors
Good understanding of cloud computing architectures (e.g. IaaS, PaaS, FaaS, SaaS) and their corresponding characteristics
Considerable technical writing proficiency and oral presentation skills
Good understanding of the industry and regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX, GDPR, GxP)
Practical knowledge of modern application architectures including microservices, containers, APIs, and serverless technologies
Practical knowledge of common mobile/web development technologies (e.g. ASP.NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python)
Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code technologies (e.g. Terraform, Cloud Formation, etc.)
Practical knowledge of source code repository, DevOps, and Agile project management related technologies (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory)
Practical knowledge of configuration management and application installation automation (e.g. Ansible)
Practical knowledge of application testing automation (e.g. Selenium, Flood.io)
Practical experience in Agile/DevOps organizations and cultures
