Job Description

A lemonade manufacturer in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Personal Assistant (Either Part-time or Full-time, Bali Based)

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Director for day-to-day running of the business
  • Perform secretarial and administrative duties
  • Manage diaries, daily tasks, notes, organize meetings and appointments
  • Act as direct contact, handle inquiries and requests from internal team and external parties
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Data management and document filling, both personal and company-related
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Assist in research in different markets
  • Assist in calling distribution partners
  • Present the brand to the partners
  • Liaise with staff, co-workers and clients

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant
  • Experience in customer service, interaction or call center
  • Responsible, proactive and creative
  • Have good communication skills both in language and understanding ability in a conversation
  • Have proficient time management and priority skills which can increase company efficiency and productivity
  • Outstanding organizational skills

Special note: the duration of this position is planned for 1 month. However, if you perform great, you have the chance to be considered for a long-term contract
