SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, JAKARTA

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Assist the manager or assistant manager to ensuring smooth operations of the sections appointed in the F&B outlet. He / She will maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Minimum 2 (two) years of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand or reputable chained restaurant.
Team player and self-starter.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Flexible and able to work extended hours when required.
