Job Description
The OD and Performance Executive position is responsible for aligning business objectives with Organization design, performance management and Talent Management. The position will manage and execute the implementation of OD, performance Management, Learning and Development and Talent Management.
Responsibilities:
Provide analysis on Organization Design considering department needs and change demands as a basis to update organization chart of all Departments
Ensure all Department has updated job descriptions
Execute OD Programs for cost effectiveness and efficiency
Manage and monitor Manpower Budget
Maintain and update Performance Management System (PMS) for all departments. In order to ensure PMS is suitable with company’s development (also climate) and drive profitability and performances of company.
Coordinating implementation of Performance Management System to all departments.
Maintain talents (High Potential/HIPO) data and all profiles. In order to retain talents by creating development for talents or creating Talent Management System.
Manage and execute learning and development system, including provide the TNA, design the training program, and monitor employee’s IDP.
Coordinating all departments related to all training programs, in order to ensure all development program is doing well.
Manage Internship Program to Helping other departments for internship process
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Skills/Abilities:
Has in-depth knowledge and proven work experience as an OD, Performance Management and Talent Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Builds great relationships with the leaders in the business
Strong consulting, influencing skills to allow for building credibility and partnership with leaders
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
