Manager IT Security Job Purpose: Responsible for Managing, Coordinating and Controlling Security & Compliance of Information Technology (IT) based on Internal FWD policy and IT Security best practice, in order to ensure a secured and complied IT environment.

Accountability:

  • Planned to implement security tools to identify vulnerabilities and to minimize risk caused by weaknesses of flaws in software and hardware that could expose a security breach.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of existing security measures, such as password policies, Intrusion Prevention/Detection system, to keep and maintain a security systems always updated.
  • Identify critical information with analyze threats & vulnerabilities and to apply a countermeasures of threats found.
  • Propose a recommendation to improve Security based on the assessment and information obtained for any emerging threat
  • Ensure the security products such as Anti-Virus, IPS/IDS, Firewall and security software are installed & applied in FWD environment and keep up to date.
  • Actively ensure appropriate administrative, physical and technical are in place to protect FWD information assets from internal & external Threats.
  • Keep to Monitoring a Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) in FWD critical environment to ensure that no suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain and encourage honest relationship with the Local IT team and IT Group.
