Job Description

Review agreements and/ or legal documents to solve legal issues;

Overview and supervise legal documents and services;

Executing legal actions required and providing advice based on day to day issues;

Interface with appropriate regulatory agencies, external and internal parties as necessary to support managers accomplish corporate objectives;

Formulating report and plan for the team.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related fields;

Experienced in a law firm or with a litigation background would be preferable;

Strong knowledge of corporate law and the regulation of the beauty industry;

Highly skilled in legal analysis and writing;

Excellent team player with good communication skills and ability to work with various departments and third parties; and

Superb organization skills, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
