<Position Objective/Expectation >
  • Manage Production Dept.

<Job Responsibilities>
  • Manage production department and members
  • Manage production schedule (plan, do and make sure to be on schedule) and quality (up to standard)
  • Make sure all of the operation is based on standard procedure
  • Manage the utility maintenance & usage
  • Overlook product standard and make sure of the quality control
  • Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's degree
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 2 years as Production Manager in Textile manufacture
・More than 6 years in the textile industry handling production with experience in managing the team, contributing to SOP improvement, and improving operation
・Willing to work in Central Java
・Smart, hardworking, good communication skill, good critical thinking skill, good leadership skill
