Job Description
To act as an Interface for all Handler/InShaker-system topics
To be responsible to Release/Transfer of new products, technologies, processes and machines
To instruct operators in alignment with production Mgmt
To perform maintenance according to maintenance plan on Handler/InShaker system and its calibration.
To perform analysis of downtime reasons of the equipment, mechanical, electrical and electronic repairing of the equipment and release of equipment according engineering specification
To ensure localization of failures on measurement boards, PCBs and repair of boards.
To ensure mechanical, electrical alignment of the equipment according to supplier specification
To perform autonomous adaption and extension of circuit diagrams according to engineering specification
To be the first contact person regarding appointments with equipment suppliers and regarding questions of the equipment suppliers. Monitoring of due dates and initiate Technical discussions with supplier, engineering.
To develop measures to reduce failures, to improve quality and output and to reduce costs together with the engineering and lead plant.
To align all changes with lead plant engineering
To manage 8D responsibility and hold lots dispose
Ability to work in production
To support FMEA and Control Plan
To ensure spare parts availability
Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years to 10 years working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferable at least 4 years of device handling experience
At least a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, or Electrical & Electronics engineering preferred
Possess strong communication skills and able to transfer technical knowledge with various operations team members
An accurate working person in required
Able to perform technical analysis on production machines
Sound knowledge & skills on mechanical, electrical, electronics, poka yoke concept is an advantage
Ability to perform technical discussion together with equipment supplier and engineering
Ability to instruct operators on how to fulfil their tasks
Able to organize project and people to get things done
Able to understand the correlations quality, cost and delivery
Readiness to reduce CO2 according to company target
Able to determine cost saving and quality improvement potential in his area
Open for business trip and able to travel to China and Germany for training
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology.
