Job Description

Working at a fast-paced technology startup like HappyFresh would be a great experience for college students who are seeking for exposure to the professional world. For Accounting Intern position, we are looking for a team player with a meticulous attention to details. The ideal candidate would be someone with a great Accounting skill and a get-things-done attitude.

What You Will Be Doing

    • Maintain invoice control list to track status of all circulating invoices
    • Checking the supermarket receipt to ensure the data is correct
    • Maintain the transmittal process and ensure the invoices has been well received by clients
    • Help to provide documents for Loan if needed
    • Preparing legal letters for collection needs
    • Provide and compile bank statement
    • Monthly transaction checking for profit sharing
    • Mark-up fraud check

Qualifications

    • Final year student or fresh graduates from Accounting major (Bachelor or D3)
    • Familiarity with Xero Accounting Software
    • Understand Financial Accounting journals
    • Eyes of an Eagle-you must have an extraordinary attention to detail, organized, able to work in fast paced
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
