  • Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Bisnis/ Management/ Perhotelan/ Pariwisata
  • Berpengalaman pada bidang Mall dan themepark minimal 5 tahun
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa management, perencanaan strategis, dan efisiensi
  • Memiliki kemampuan mengelola building dan operation
  • Penuh semangat dan siap bekerja mencapai target
  • Bersedia bekerja secara tim ataupun mandiri
  • Penempatan di Gading Serpong


Job Descriptions

  • Menyusun strategi business plan
  • Menjalin hubungan baik dengan seluruh stakeholder operation department
  • Monitoring dan memastikan penggunaan biaya secara efektif dan efisien
  • Menyusun strategi, monitor dan review target traffic, revenue, transaksi dan CSI unit
  • Bertanggungjawab untuk melakukan evaluasi kontraktor, konsultan dan manpower
  • Bertanggungjawab terhadap department operational (F&B, Parking, CS, TR & Park Service serta housekeeping & landscape)
