Job Description

A jam company in Kerobokan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic E-Commerce Specialist (Part-time).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organized backend and content of the marketplaces
  • Manage systems for product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance
  • Create promotions on e-commerce channels
  • Updating the appearance of the marketplace channel in accordance with the ongoing marketing program
  • Checking if there are any orders from some e-commerce platforms (Shopee & Blibli)
  • Monitor changes in website traffic or increases in sales
  • Work closely with teams to provide updated content that will be shared across e-commerce platforms.
  • Actively participate in promotional activities made by each marketplace (Shopee & Blibli)

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skill
  • Proven e-commerce experience (placing products, comes up with a good price)
  • Self-organized, well organized, and detail-oriented
  • Familiar with all project management tools for the marketplace
  • Ability to work independently and collectively with the team
  • Ideally WordPress experience
  • A lot of experience with Shopee would be a plus
  • Time-management skills
