Job Description

Manage Work Orders related to facility’s PM and Request Orders are carried out according to the specified time and schedule, including: a. Implementation of WO and RO in accordance with the request b. Closed out WO and RO and their documentation Carry out periodic inspection, monitoring and review processes related to buildings, facilities and security, both outside and inside areas according to the specified schedule, to see: a. If there is damage to buildings, paint, etc. b. Any presence of dangerous conditions, c. Possibility of access either to pest and/or theft/criminal, etc., d. Building and facility improvement plans Ensure hazards and risks in the Facility's shaded areas are managed to reduce the likelihood of accidents occurrence. Manage the implementation of pest control for the Jakarta PGS facility area (including the Cimanggis and Gandaria areas) in collaboration with pest control vendors. Assist the EHS & Facility Manager regarding the daily implementation of vendors under the auspices of the EHS & facility, including but not limited to: a. Janitorial Services b. Canteen Services c. Security Services Ensure compliance in Facility and Security areas, including: Review, Update and Implement work as per Pfizer EHS (GEHS) recommended Practice, Pfizer Quality Standard (PQS), and Security Standard (MSR) related to Facility and Security Ensure all commitments including Investigation, CAPA, Improvement Project, etc. related to Facility and Security are managed appropriately Ensure all SOPs and training in the PDOCS and PLS systems for the team facility and security are managed properly. Ensure all building permit related are managed properly Perform work according to requests from EHS Manager and Department Head. Acting as Site Security Administration (SSA) to manage site Security System (Guarding, patrolling, 24/7 monitoring of control room, Access control, CCTV, IDS, Security assessment and security plan) to always meets Pfizer Standard(latest version of Minimum Security Requirement). Qualification: Required Graduated from Engineering in reputable university Company Regulations and Government Regulations, basic knowledge of quality, safety and facility management Desired 1 – 3 Years working experience in Engineering / Facility / Supervisory level.
