About the Role
Fasten your apron and gloves if you’re ready to help our #EmakJago by becoming our Shopper Operations Analyst! In this role, you’ll take charge in managing the day-to-day operations of #EmakJago as our GoMart shoppers alongside our driver-partner counterparts. Your efforts will directly improve GoMart’s service performance through supply operations excellence, ultimately allowing us to provide delightful experiences to our customers, #EmakJago, and driver-partners.
What You Will Do
Manage shoppers’ experience in our GoMart’s supermarket merchant-partners through daily collaboration with multiple teams such as Merchant, Care, Finance, Regional, and many more
Work closely with the Driver Core team to align driver-partners needs and how best to work together with the shoppers
Develop SOP for shoppers and driver-partners and ensure their compliance to it to maintain top service level quality
Track and maintain metrics related to shoppers’ end-to-end lifecycle funnels as well as their performance such as Booking Conversion Rate, shopper utilization, etc.
Collaborate with the Product, Engineering, and Design teams to define and develop the shopper-facing app and their features
What You Will Need
At least 2 years of experience in Product Operations, Strategy & Planning, Product Analyst, Supply Chain, or other similar roles
Proven experience and understanding of supply & demand planning and analysis
Familiarity in working with multiple stakeholders across various teams at the same time
An analytical and problem solving mindset as well as acute attention to detail, to enable you to identify improvement opportunities and later implement them using various tools & methods
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Metabase
Understanding of SQL will be a plus
About the Team
Our GoMart Operations team comprises 4 people based in Jakarta (yeah we’re small but definitely mighty). We manage end to end GoMart Operations to ensure GoMart can grow even more. We look after Customer, Merchant, Shopper and Driver as well, we are passionate to solve their pain points and deliver the best solution for them.
In 2020, we successfully built the Shopper Operations from scratch and scaled up the numbers of shoppers rapidly. Currently we are focusing on making the shopper operations more efficient and improving the shopper lifecycle and experience as well, especially during this pandemic situation they are our heroes.
Aside from ensuring the best experience for all of our stakeholders, we also take time to focus on each other’s personal growth and well-being (mental health is just as important as physical health!). Outside of work, you could probably find us in an intense karaoke session or binge-watching K-Dramas. We’re also a group of foodies, so any food recommendations are always welcome!
