  • Plan, instruct, supervise all service activities within the appointed region
  • Collaboration with CSC in managing the technician daily schedule including preparation of all documents required
  • To coordinate the technician detail assignment
  • Direct and assist the Technical Support and Technician in solving problem
  • To ensure each technician understand and follow procedure, technical specification and manual instruction properly
  • Solving complex technical problem directly
  • Controlling the technician productivity and ensuring WIP running in minimum level
  • Collaboration with CSC to monitor WIP status and inform the service schedule to customer
  • Ensure availability of all form as the prerequisite for service execution
  • To appraise performance of Technician in the region, as per each responsibility
  • To ensure the accuracy of data time sheet including the required service job supporting documents
  • Ensure proper usage of all spare parts and consumable material
  • To advise CTS sales engineer and CTS sales manager for additional parts/service needed in every job or as requested for customized quotation.
  • Ensure warranty claim report prepared in time
  • Ensure all service job cost in control or equipped with PO/WO.
  • Ensure proper usage of service vehicle
  • Ensure spare parts availability for the scheduled service job
  • Monitor status of break down spare parts order and inform it to customer
  • Arrange all supporting documents needed to close the service job.
  • Maintain workshop cleaning by executing daily/weekly cleaning schedule
  • Maintain equipment properly, such as for: tool box, standard technician’s tools, workshop equipment, consumable storage, office and workshop building and service vehicle
  • Control and put in specific location for all scrapped material and material under warranty claim
  • Control and monitor all equipment calibration within the region
  • Implement ISO Integration (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001)
  • Control all service cost in accordance with annual budget and do necessary repair if needed
  • Control and evaluate training result provided to all staff and technician every year
  • Prepare training plan for staff and technician every year
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and take necessary action under the prokura limit if needed
  • Arrange presentation/technical sharing with potential customer and distributor
  • Provide technical support to solve internal and external problem
  • Analyze technical problem of the customer’s equipment in relation with warranty
  • Monitor and coordinate with PIC related to product development information
  • Ensure achievement of operation KPI for the region

Experience requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience air compressor service business.
  • Experience of people management needed


Knowledge

  • Computer literate
  • Advanced English in writing and speaking is a must


Educational requirements

Engineering background or equivalen – Minimum Bachelor degree
