Job Summary
Sandvik is seeking applications from motivated individuals for Sales Manager - Parts based in Balikpapan.
The role is Develop and Implement sales strategy within assigned geographical territory / country through first line managers. Also in some markets, they may have other direct reports from Operations, Global accounts, business controllers etc.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure attainment of assigned geography’s budgeted sales value, volume and/or profitability.
Ultimate responsibility is to meet established sales goals and ensuring they are effectively cascaded in sales goals of sales team.
Provide regular business performance metric reports to management.
Liaise and work with senior management to set forecasts, budgets and targets.
Ensure that end-user, customer relations are effectively managed.
Review and monitor sales performance periodically and refine sales strategy as required by management.
Manage the First Line Sales Managers’ performance and results.
Managerial responsibility for multiple team/departments across location.
Ensure strong financial discipline within assigned geographical territory. balancing sales results and managing Administrative and Sales (A&S) expense.
To work with sales staff to develop on required administrative support during sales process.
Support Sales staff in protecting and growing revenue for new and existing customer/clients.
Maintains information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process.
To drive team performance through effective and regular performance management and coaching.
Ensures administration and operation of the organization's warehoused, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment functions satisfactory.
Ensures warehouse processes are maintained and managed to limit financial risks, including goods returns, credit, receiving & dispatch processes.
Accounts for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities; audits goods received into the warehouse.
Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization and maintenance and protection for facilities and equipment.

Your profile
S1 (Degree) certificate in technical or equivalent experience
More than 10 Years of relevant experience
Minimum 3 years of experience of leading team
Intermediate English proficiency
Microsoft Office minimum at intermediate level.
Ability and availability to travel domestically and/or internationally as required
Female is advantage
