Job Description
Advertising Data & Planning
Advertising is an exciting new strategic initiative of Lazada and is expected to be the largest revenue driver for the company. This is an exciting opportunities to learn and experience first-hand the future of eCommerce advertising in the region.
The ideal candidate is must be passionate about data, analytics and advertising business.
Responsibilities
Be the expert in using data to analyze and measure business performance within department.
Driving Lazada advertising business department directionally to archive business targets.
Daily performance analysis to monitor the business performance against KPI, alert on the finding and issue, and as well to discover potential business uplift opportunities.
Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendation to guide decision making process related to business performance improvement.
Prepare a weekly/biweekly/monthly business report and consolidate with other function within department
Provide post-mortem mega campaign result, including provide an insight and recommendation.
Provide a business planning and strategy based on data analysis to improve business performance.
Managing and controlling voucher budget, including usage steering and the governance
Advertising inventory management including pricing, modeling and efficiency monitoring.
Supportive all ad-hoc needed in related to data, insight, and report development.
Work effectively in a cross-functional capacity in local and regional including key partnerships with finance, ad-ops, product/solutions.
Go above and beyond the day to day role to work on special projects.
Job Requirements
Requirement
Bachelor’s/Master Degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or Business management
Tech savvy and have a great interest in technology company
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
Data savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge in Power BI, SQL, or other commercial data analytics software
Experience in data visualization tools and implementation.
Experience in business, strategy and/or tech consulting would be an advantage
Ability to perceive opportunities from mass data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate and execute ideas
Critical thinker, Data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, and communication skill
Experience with e-commerce and advertising technology company is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
