As a Senior Production Technologist, you will be contributing your production technology expertise to multi-disciplinary projects.
As a Senior Production Technologist, you will be responsible for:
Providing production technology consultancy services to the client and product line teams. This includes Completions, Fraccing and other production apparent technologies.
Advising clients on petroleum engineering/production technology matters and provides solutions with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analysing integrated subsurface studies from wellbore-scale into field-scale, technical and coaching presentations, generate reports, and some business development involvement.
Presenting data, interpretations, and reports to clients either individually or as part of the larger project team.
Leading small project teams or manage simple projects. Handleing special projects, as assigned.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a MSc or PhD in Petroleum Engineering or related disciplines with 10+ years' experience with an operating or service company.
Have impressive background in underground gas storage, carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), geothermal or electrical infrastructure will be advantageous.
Have experience in both onshore, offshore basins within China and/or abroad.
Have familiarity with production technology software including PETEX, Netool, OLGA, WellCat, ScaleChem, Kappa and etc.
Be able to travel at short notice.
