Job Description

Persyaratan
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Protective Services & Management or equivalent.

2. Fast Learner in Multimedia Technology (Know how about CCTV & Access control is a plus)

3. Fluent in English (Oral and written)

4. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

5. Strong in Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Visio

6. Able to work with minimum supervision, good time management and a team Player

7. Preferably Staff specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent

8. Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skill

9. Good Analytical and Problem Solving skills

10. Have experience at AV company is preferred Tanggung Jawab
1. Handle product information data and availability, estimated time of arrival of goods and product recommendations

2. Handle Crestron Control System, Extron Peripherals, Biamp Peripherals, Matrix Switchers and Amplifiers

3. Handle basic networking (IP Addressing and Subnet Mask),
