Your ‘day to day’

  • Define and manage factory training strategies and activities in order to enhance Operations performance by developing competencies and technical expertise of employees in compliance with QMS requirements
  • Design and deploy Continuous Improvement (IWS/IL6S/OPEN+) Initiatives to ensure organization capability in achieving sustainable performance


Who we’re looking for

  • Have Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering
  • Have at least 5 years experience in production area, training, quality within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar industry of with at least 3 years of experience in managerial/supervisory role
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
