MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Provides supervision, direction and leadership to all Front Office personnel under the guidance of the Front Office Manager in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards, established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, and monitoring guest satisfaction, security, employee activity, physical defects in the hotel
REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered
Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
University degree or diploma in hotel management
Minimum 2 (two) years of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand
Excellent interpersonal skill and displays initiative
Ability to lead and motivate the team
Flexible and able to work extended hours when required
Evaluates the propertyâs participation in the various sales channels (e.g., Area Sales, Group Sales within the Sales Office, electronic lead channels, etc.).
