We are looking for an experienced marketer to lead our B2B marketing efforts in Indonesia. This position will be responsible for setting a strategy that transforms the way our Facebook for Business brand is positioned in a very important market for Facebook. This role incorporates all aspects of B2B marketing including driving world class digital marketing, top-notch industry presence, identifying and sharing the right success stories, creating meaningful presentation content, driving the right mix of events, identifying the most appropriate set of marketing collateral and more. This role incorporates all aspects of B2B marketing content including creation of industry keynote presentations, identifying and producing the right success stories, creating meaningful sales, event & marketing collateral plus packaging insights materials for the industry. The position will be part of the APAC business marketing team and will be a partner to the sales team in Indonesia. This position requires a deep understanding of the marketing and advertising landscape in Indonesia.
You will be responsible for all B2B marketing including enhancing Facebook’s B2B brand across Facebook’s family of apps (Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram) to accelerate business growth in Indonesia
Develop and execute a marketing strategy partnering with sales and other cross functional partners in Indonesia
Create innovative content to generate new business, educate clients/partners on new products/features and engage clients/partners on innovative ways to drive awareness/sales via new marketing techniques
Develop thought-leadership materials designed to enhance our advertisers', agency partners' and the industry's understanding of digital marketing
Develop and execute digital marketing plans including campaigns and always on content
Develop and execute virtual/hybrid/in-person events to drive brand presence and preference in Indonesia
Work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns and product launches
Develop scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive growth and sales for clients
BA/BS degree preferred, MBA or equivalent a plus
At least 8 years and above of professional experience
Demonstrated capacity for developing industry leading marketing strategies in an Internet and/or advertising environment
Deep knowledge of the advertising/marketing industries in Indonesia is essential because a successful candidate will be working closely with senior marketers in Indonesia at both agencies and global brands giving expertise support and enabling a sales organization
Strong decision-making skills with successful experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams
The usual business language for the Country Marketing Manager, Indonesia is Bahasa Indonesia and English. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is essential for success in this role
