Job Description

Job Descriptions :
1. Calling customers before due date as a payment reminder
2. Calling delinguent customers after due date as a payment demand
3. Helping customers on payment services
4. Maximizing credit collection effectiveness by active contacting customer (calling) and collection of promises to pay (PTP)

5. Enforcing payment term as per contract

Requirement :
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
2. At least 1 year of working experience as Desk Collection (preferably from Recovery Bucket ) and working experience in the related field is required for this postion
3. Required skill(s) : communication skills , negotiation skills
4. Preferably staff specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
