We are looking for Planning & Deployment Executive who will be based in Jakarta


Your 'day to day':

  • Obtain business critical information from trade, including Sampoerna performance and competitor trade activities, and update the information on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate regular cycle plan for zone with all area and/or Trade Marketing HO and/or Sales Promo while preparing analysis from the previous cycle and input to the next cycle plan.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the right allocation and efficient utilization of resources for each cycle and programs.
  • Analyze needs and propose suitable trade program and tools to be implemented aligned with the zone strategy, brand strategy and allocated budget
  • Develop a clear and simple guidelines for Field Force for all trade activities; Providing guidelines/working outline for each initiated programs.
  • Collect feedback from Field Force on trade programs, monitor overall programs effectiveness and initiate timely corrective actions where appropriate


Who we're looking for:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from any discipline
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fast learner & agile
  • Adaptable / Able to work in dynamic environment
  • Computer literacy: Excel, Powerpoint
  • Language: English, Bahasa
