Job Responsibilities

Tanggungjawab Utama

  • Monitoring Proses Payroll, memastikan kebenaran dan kekinian data terproses dengan benar dan tepat waktu atas semua perubahan data hasil pengkinian dari Team HR Operations
  • Monitoring Proses pembayaran, memastikan kebenaran perhitungan iuran yang akan dibayarkan dan dilaporkan tepat waktu kepada pihak ketiga (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, dan Iuran DPLK)
  • Pajak, memastikan perhitungan nilai potongan pajak sudah sesuai, melakukan pembayaran dan pelaporan pajak sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah ditetapkan
  • Berkoordinasi dengan payroll vendor dalam proses payroll
  • AML, kerja sama dan koordinasi dengan Team AML & Sanction Compliance dalam menjalankan proses terkait, yaitu melakukan proses validasi atas transaksi yang masuk kategori Alert dengan melakukan permintaan klarifikasi dari pegawai terkait. Selain itu, tidak terbatas dalam pemenuhan permintaan data pegawai dari pihak berwenang.
  • Bertugas memastikan proses payroll tetap berjalan ketika terjadi krisis dan memastikan alternate site siap jika dibutuhkan serta menjadi PIC untuk membantu koordinasi kebutuhan pegawai dari sisi benefit & welfare ketika terjadi krisis tetap terpenuhi.

Job Requirements

  • Memiliki pengalaman payroll dan benefit, diutamakan yang memahami proses perbankan
  • Memahami unsur-unsur tax perbankan dan perhitungannya
  • Terbiasa bekerja sama dalam team dan terlibat dalam project-project terkait employee benefit dan payroll process
  • Memiliki pengalaman me-manage team dan terbiasa dealing dengan stakeholder serta senior manageement
