Job Description

One of the largest international BPO in Indonesia is looking for a

Business Development Manager.

Your Job Duties:

  • Work collaboratively with HBD (Head of Business Development) around the strategic development of services, including creative, user experience and technical to ensure we’re abreast of, or indeed ahead of, best practice in the industry.
  • Make account planning for each account strategic to get more project.
  • Lead and manage business development specialist as subordinate, work together to achieve target.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Make Business Plan for new Business Development such as Identify Market Opportunity, Identify Cost, Design, Model Tariffs, and Model Business Requirements. Make Marketing Strategy such as Product Mix Strategies, Product Market Growth Strategies, Market Leader Strategies, Market Challenger Strategies, and Market Follower Strategies.

Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree (S1)

Minimum Experience: Min. 5 years as Business Development Manager or Sales B2B Manager in BPO, Financial, E-Commerce, Logistic Industry

Minimum Skills Required: Good Engagement, Good Leadership, Good Teamwork, Good Presentation

Other Special Requirement: Ability to speak in the public event & Business English conversation skill

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp10,000,000 - Rp14,000,000 per month
