Job Description

You can expect to:
Lead the PMO function.

Create the governance framework of all projects.

Lead the portfolio project governance of projects and problem solve project based issues, ensure the proper resources are assigned.

Go onsite to work with Solutions and project implementation and ensure project related issues are solved with the customer.

Identify relevant issues proactively and ensure governance in planning and execution through daily inspection of project execution by working together with implementation engineers, solution architects and vendors to solve issues.

Co-Lead senior workshop sessions to ensure that the business requirements are produced and clear AS IS - TO BE solution is aligned to the original problem statement with supporting data.

Present our work, updates, and future proposals to a range of audiences from technical users to executives.

Scope out potential engagements and ensure the right planning, resourcing is allocated.
As a Project Manager , you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Engineers, Product Designers, Data Architects, and Analysts to successfully deploy a mission-critical technology solution. Your role is to ensure that the deployment is moving along successfully within the time frame that's required and that future projects are secured.

Strong PMP and AGILE background based project methodology. Knows how to run a steering committee and how to manage and facilitate a forum to ensure decisions and feedback are made. Strong project documentation and structure. Strong C-level communicator and strong content writer.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years as an IT Project Manager in cross industry and has experience in government projects is preferable.

Specific to this role:
You are great at building meaningful relationships with the customers at a senior level, users, partners, and the internal team.

Previous experience in running large scale multiple technology projects management is a huge plus.
