Job Description

We are looking for an energetic person, who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with and managing Social Media and other areas of the Digital Space. You must have a proven track record of creating exposure and growth across multiple platforms.

You must have excellent spoken and written English.

Marketing Role Breakdown

  • Oversee and manage social media accounts for multiple brands
  • Work on content and planning for all brands
  • Generate reports and analytics
  • Review and develop strategies in line with the business goals and directions.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, marketing manager and other brand Managers to brainstorm ideas and new concepts.
  • Keep up to date with market trends.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Understand how to centrally manage social media platforms, using third-party tools and applications
  • Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
  • Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
  • Experience doing buyer persona and audience research
  • Understanding and knowledge of mass emailing programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing and social media
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linked In, etc.)
  • Knowledge of project management and web design best practices
  • Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Language skills in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From Rp4,500,000 per month
