Job Description

Analyze area operations process flow

Provide recommendation and insight to improve operations and business operations side (Area based)

Maintain & manage station needs

Provide daily, weekly, monthly reporting (Area based)

Support management to maintain office team performance and productivity
Minimum 2 years experience handling area productivity in ride-hailing or logistics company are preferable

Excellent data and analytical skills

Excellent in presentation

Has a basic understanding of warehouse management

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good in written and spoken English

Able to make decisions or provide solid recommendations - based on data & analytical thinking

Self-starter and ability to work well in fast-paced environments

Experienced in performing Ms Excel, Ms Power point, Ms Word, and other systems/tools to help implementation and tracking

Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point

Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Surabaya, Solo, or Semarang
