Responsibilities

    • Participate in the planning and brainstorming of current People projects and Initiatives
    • Develop and implement global employee experience initiatives and current projects to improve employee engagement and wellness within the organisation
    • Support the Talent Management team in the day to day execution of People and Culture initiatives
    • Maintain and upkeep Coda’s internal knowledge center to ensure all information is up to date
    • Shadow and learn from other colleagues in the Talent Management team

Requirements

    • Keen interest in the area of Human Resources, Employee Experience and/or Employee Engagement
    • Passionate about contributing to a people-oriented culture
    • Has experience in planning and hosting activities and events
    • Strong communication and organisational skills
    • Creative, approachable, reliable, confident, outgoing and highly motivated
