About the role:

A distinct opportunity to join a well known brand in SEAs Tech Start up. However, this person has the major responsibility to build a unique branding strategy to position the financial products/services under a specific business group. We are looking for a person who has the ability to build a strategy, using their creative juice in content writing, agency management, recruitment marketing initiatives and campaigns to support their high growth. What you will do:

  • Lead employer branding initiatives for GoTo Financial; Partner with our recruitment and corporate communications teams to implement marketing programs to make GoTo Financial a destination employer across SEA
  • Spearhead various employer branding projects to strengthen our talent acquisition capabilities and support our overall needs across recruiting operation
  • Develop and manage the content strategy for recruiting with a specific focus on different channels - digital, mobile etc.
  • Define and deliver objective branding metrics linking both business and marketing strategies
  • Author and distribute jobs and career content on all recruiting related company profiles and pages - including our career site, blog, social media profiles and employer marketing sites
  • Build and promote the GoTo Financial recruiting brand through research of relevant tools and maintain candidate facing mediums

What you will need:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in employer branding, Talent Acquisition;
  • Experience within corporation communications, marketing and/or advertising will be added advantage
  • A commercially minded marketing leader with ownership of budgeting and planning
  • Strong project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns, detail oriented, understands the big picture
  • Extremely comfortable with data and can harness it effectively to generate insights
  • Brainstorm GoTo Group branding strategy with global branding, marketing and recruiting functions

About the team:

You will be part of an amazing Talent Acquisition team which is responsible to hire the best talent for Goto Group's FinTech arm, i.e. Goto Financial(GTF). The Employer Branding Team will act as a torch bearer who not just leads us in competing with the best in the industry but also to setting up standards. This is a very close-knit group who believe in collaboration and works hands in gloves with senior stakeholders from business, corporate communications and People and Culture team of GTF. Being a part of this team, you will partner closely with our leaders to drive employer branding initiatives to establish GoTo Financial as an employer of choice.
