Job Description

Job Purpose and Impact

The Program Coordinator will support Implementation team and perform a variety of functions related to Field activities including field visit to program area. In this role, you will provide operational and administrative assistance to the Sustainability Compliance Spesialist and Program Staff, perform a variety of administrative, coordination and logistical services in support of the operations of the program, and assists with information management the team. Key Accountabilities

Manage operational and administrative support and field implementation support.
Develop methods to evaluate the progress of sustainability initiatives, such as tracking emission reductions and updating greenhouse gas emissions inventory.
Coordinate and facilitate community and collaborator involvement in established sustainability and climate protection initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our sustainability efforts have a limited impact on productivity or quality standards.
Develop and assess the viability of strategies meant to support conservation, increase usage of renewable resources or reduce energy costs or misused output.
Support analysis of operations that accurately identify the organization's environmental footprint including energy usage and gas, water or other waste emissions.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Required Qualifications University degree in agriculture, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position Excellent command of both written and spoken English Demonstrated ability to administrative skills Demonstrated ability to field operation monitoring skills Proven skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making

Preferred Qualifications Prior working on cocoa industry Knowledge of cocoa agriculture operation Knowledge of certification on cocoa industry Self motivated person able to work without close supervision
