Job Description

KoinWorks is looking for Relationship Manager who has good performance in build strategic and tactical plan in strengthening relationships within the business segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating and leading high-impact strategic partnerships / improvement.
  • Responsible for maintaining current portfolio.
  • Maintain the monthly target for every portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in sales/marketing or relevant discipline with minimum 4 years of working experience in merchant retention, partnership or relationship management, preferably in B2B.
  • Understanding of digital tools / online marketing implementation.
  • Detail oriented team player with good planning and problem solving skills and is willing to go the extra mile.
  • Strong analytical, result-oriented, and data-oriented.
  • Sense of urgency for incident resolution.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
  • Fast learner, self-driven, and outgoing personality.
  • Persistent, able to work as a team and perform well in an under pressure working condition.
