Our client is a Wood Pellet manufacturer located in Gorontalo.

Job Description

In charge of coordinating, supervising and responsible for the entire process at the wood pellet processing plant, starting from receiving raw materials, processing wood into wood pellets, storing wood pellets, as well as supervising security and safety conditions at the factory site and organizing repairs and routine maintenance of equipment production
Conduct cost analysis and cost review
Coordinate with the team and carry out plan vs real control and also report all work results to the Director.
Monitor the identification of things that can improve the quality of work.
Supervise the control and inspection of assets as well as the cleanliness of the work environment.
Make Project Planning, Projection Cost, Equipment Concept - Organize Project Team, Control Project execution - Prepare for Factory Operation
Responsible for Plant operations (Equipment, Cost, Inventory, Operation, Productivity)
Responsible for factory operations (Production, QC, PPIC, Engineering) - Ensuring that factory operations run smoothly - Ensuring the fulfillment of production targets from Top Management - Responsible for Factory Operational Costs
Report directly to the Director of Operation

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering
Have experience working in wood pellet or feedmill manufacturing company
Minimum 10-15 years of experience
Able to speak English (oral/written)
Have the ability to assemble wood pellet machines (set up experience) and run a new factory (commissioning) and knowledge of production machine work
Recondition the factory until it is ready to operate (Commissioning) - Total inventory equipment for repairs - Make Project Planning, Projection Cost, Tender Process - Organize project team, Control project execution

Review the machine design from the vendor
Set up the project (including civil contractors, ME contractors - Local Contractors)
Coordinate with contractors (covering design, scope of work, Project Schedule, etc.) and control project day by day - Setting up for factory operations (Including Working Capital, Man Power, Equipment, Utilities, SOPs, etc.)
Good analytical skills, on problems that arise in all factory operational activities.
Computer literate
Willing to be placed in the Wood Pellet factory project field and Industrial Plantation Forest (Gorontalo site, Sulawesi or all parts of Indonesia)
