Job Description

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and other IT-related supplies.

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

Providing technical support across the company.

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

Testing new technology.

Adjusting the needs and selecting PC/laptop specifications with users according to the standard created by the team.

Able to build a PC within the designated budget.

Requesting budget approval to Project Manager and coordinate with Procurement Team.

Performing IP Reserve configuration for streaming purposes and communicating with ISP for the implementation process.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.

Minimum around 1 year of experience in a technical support role.

Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of hardware, software, system, networks, and other IT-related supplies.

Strong analytical skills to identify technical problems and provide solutions.

Proactive and enjoy helping others in need, especially those with technical problems.

Confident in communicating with people at all levels.
