Designing testing environment

Testing the Agents works to ensure its within the guidelines and policy

Provide training to Agents to align with the latest policy & procedures

Regularly attend team meetings to discuss projects, idea brainstorming and put forward solutions to any issues.
At least 2 (two) years experience in a Transaction Monitoring role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Attention to details and organizational skills

Strong analytical and planning skills

Have advance knowledge in audit is advantageous
